However, if you find that the product does not meet your expectations, the process to request a refund is straightforward.

  1. Verify the Guarantee Period: Ensure that you are within the 180-day guarantee period from your shipping date. You can find this date in your shipment confirmation email or on your order slip.
  2. Initiate a Refund Request: Email us to signal your intention to return the product. Please include “Refund Request” in the subject line to expedite the process and ensure your request is handled promptly.
  3. Return the Product: Ship all the bottles back to us, whether they are empty or unopened. You will need to pay for the return postage. Please send the items to the following address and email us the tracking ID to ensure we can process your return quickly:

  • Your full name

Refund Process: Once we receive and process your returned items, we will issue a full refund. You will receive an email notification when your refund is initiated. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
